It was a good choice for traveling to Lakewood. The nice staff made a good impression. I greatly enjoyed the flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave in the room. The location was great, very close to Kipling and 6th and Colorado and the police station.

The hotel staff is courteous and exceptional.

In my queen studio, I found a nice flat-screen TV with lots of channels to choose from 📺, a climate control system to set the room temperature just right, and a handy microwave oven for convenience.

Absolutely nothing. It was dirty, there were no eating or cooking utensils in the room. No hair dryer, and the bath mat picked up the dirt on the bathroom floor after I took my shower. Not child safe and TV was Showtime that showed some show about sex. Not child friendly. Conclusion - this is more a residence for transients rather than a hotel. Disgusting !!!!!!!

Listed above and called into Booked.net. Outside of property covered with cigarette butts and trash. Old furniture left out by trash containers. What a dump! Paid way too much to be in a dirty, out of date, transient residence when I expected a safe comfortable place to stay for 2 nights. They require that each person check out coffee makers, utensils, cooking gear, hair dryer for use in the unit. I feel like I was treated like a common thief that was there to steal from them. Unfair and disgusting!!!!!!

Location not far from Denver and Colorado and Arvada. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

The room was newly decorated and big and there were facilities, including cable channels, a microwave oven and a fridge. A tub in the private bathroom was a plus. The location was good, within walking distance of Jefferson County Stadium.

This place is conveniently located next to the police station and within close proximity to Arvada, Colorado.

The hotel room was near the event we were attending. There was nothing else even remotely acceptable about the accomodations

No air conditioning in the bedroom, no screens on the bedroom window and the hi temps in Denver were 95-100. The website showed there would be some kitchenware and a toaster but there was absolutely nothing, not even a coffee pot or styrafoam cups, every cupboard and counter was completely empty. No ice machine on the premisis. I had to ask for a tv remote and was initially brought one that didn't work. The inside of the unit was not filthy, but the walks and stairs getting to the room were totally disgusting, littered with garbage. We were given a 3rd floor room with the elevator 420 feet away. The price was low for a Summer weekend in Lakewood, but still terribly overpriced. The room isn't even worth $30/night, and I wouldn't stay there again if you paid me.

Nothing about this property rates a "like" from me or my wife.

This is the worst excuse for a national chain property that I have ever seen...and I travel 150-200 days a year. The room smelled horrible, and was a kitchenette, but there were no pots or pans, and no plates, glasses or utensils to eat with. The refrigerator had mold growing in it. The microwave was broken. The A/C did not work properly. The front desk was notified the 2nd day of our 6 day stay. A maintenance person was dispatched to check it out. He came, diagnosed the problem, and said he would be back. He never came back. The carpeting in our room was absolutely filthy, to the point where just walking on it caused your feet or socks to be black on the bottom. The deadbolt lock was broken, making it impossible to secure the door. Since it was a handicapped room the shower was on a sliding bar. The showerhead was broken and secured with some black tape that did not fix the problem. Overall, this property stinks.

Nothing I walked into my room saw bugs and walked out.

Everything it was really bad.
